出入国在留管理庁から認定を受けた登録支援機関（19登-000432）として、特定技能1号外国人の支援計画を実施します。As a Registered Support Organization certified by the Immigration Services Agency (19-To-000432), we implement support plans for Specified Skilled Worker Type 1.
事前ガイダンスPre-arrival Guidance
入国前に、雇用条件、日本での生活、公的手続きなどについて母国語で説明を実施します（3時間以上）。Before entry, we explain employment conditions, life in Japan, and public procedures in their native language (3+ hours).
出入国時の送迎Airport Transfer
入国時の空港への出迎え、帰国時の空港への見送りなど、移動をサポートします。We support transportation including airport pickup upon arrival and seeing off at departure.
住居確保・生活支援Housing & Life Support
住居探し、銀行口座開設、携帯電話契約など、生活立ち上げに必要な手続きを同行サポートします。We accompany and support procedures necessary for starting life including housing search, bank account opening, and mobile phone contracts.
生活オリエンテーションLife Orientation
日本のルール、マナー、ゴミ出しや公共交通機関の使い方など、日常生活に必要な情報を提供します（8時間以上）。We provide information necessary for daily life including Japanese rules, manners, garbage disposal, and public transportation (8+ hours).
公的手続き等への同行Public Procedure Support
市役所での転入届、年金・保険の手続き、税務署への届出など、必要に応じて同行します。We accompany as needed for procedures at city hall, pension/insurance registration, and tax office notifications.
日本語学習の機会提供Japanese Learning
日本語教室の紹介、オンライン学習教材の提供など、継続的な日本語学習を支援します。We support continuous Japanese learning through Japanese class introductions and online learning materials.
相談・苦情への対応Consultation Support
職場や生活に関する相談を母国語で受け付け。専門スタッフがサポートいたします。We accept workplace and life consultations in native languages. Expert staff provides support.
日本人との交流促進Cultural Exchange
地域のイベントや交流会への参加を促進し、日本社会への適応をサポートします。We promote participation in local events and social gatherings to support adaptation to Japanese society.
転職支援（特定の条件下）Job Change Support
やむを得ない事情で転職が必要な場合、次の就職先の紹介や手続きをサポートします。When job change is necessary due to unavoidable circumstances, we support introduction to next employer and procedures.
定期的な面談の実施Regular Interviews
3ヶ月に1回以上、外国人労働者および受入企業と面談を実施し、状況を確認します。We conduct interviews with foreign workers and receiving companies at least once every 3 months to check status.
