特定技能受入れ計画の策定Formulation of SSW Acceptance Plan
企業様の事業計画に基づき、必要な外国人材の人数・職種・採用スケジュールを明確化。受入れ体制の現状分析、課題抽出、改善提案を行い、実現可能な受入れ計画を策定します。入国管理局への申請に必要な特定技能雇用契約書、1号特定技能外国人支援計画書の作成もサポート。Based on the company's business plan, we clarify the required number of foreign workers, occupations, and recruitment schedule. We conduct current status analysis of the acceptance system, issue extraction, and improvement proposals to formulate a feasible acceptance plan. We also support the creation of Specified Skills employment contracts and Type 1 Specified Skilled Worker support plans required for application to the Immigration Bureau.
