Ltd. has been providing specialized services for recruiting Specified Skilled Workers. 求人票作成・候補者選定Job Description & Candidate Selection
ヒアリング内容を基に求人票を作成し、当社データベースおよび現地パートナー機関のネットワークから最適な候補者を選定します。Based on the hearing, we create a job description and select optimal candidates from our database and local partner organization networks.
候補者紹介・書類選考Candidate Introduction & Document Screening
選定した候補者の履歴書、職務経歴書、日本語能力証明書、技能試験合格証明書などをご提出。書類選考を経て、面接候補者を決定します。We submit resumes, work history, Japanese proficiency certificates, skill test certificates, etc. of selected candidates. After document screening, we determine interview candidates.
面接実施（現地またはオンライン）Interview (On-site or Online)
現地での対面面接またはオンライン面接をアレンジ。通訳も同席し、スムーズなコミュニケーションをサポートします。We arrange on-site face-to-face interviews or online interviews. Interpreters also participate to support smooth communication.
内定・雇用契約締結Job Offer & Employment Contract
